Anna has a Human Performance Degree and is a Physical Therapist Assistant. She specializes in sports massage, trigger point therapy, deep tissue and cross fiber friction.

REGISTERED DIETITIAN
Jen has a Masters in Counseling Psychology & has instructed thousands of classes & nutrition clients. She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics & participates in the (IFNA) group.
ALISSA NOGLE
MOVEMENT SPECIALIST
Alissa has an undergraduate from Minnesota State University-Mankato. She is a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
AUSTIN MOORE
MOVEMENT SPECIALIST
Austin has an undergraduate degree from Drake University and received his Clinical Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Minnesota. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
