Our exclusive functional movement screen assesses quality of movement in 6 key areas of your body. These areas are graded and assigned specific strength exercises based on your ability to balance, transition and dynamically integrate the movements into everyday activities. Working with doctors of physical therapy and nationally-accredited corrective exercise specialists, you’ll be guided through four phases of exercise programming. Our system progresses you through exercises which focus on injury prevention, all the way up to sport and athletic performance. Anna has a Human Performance Degree and is a Physical Therapist Assistant. She specializes in sports massage, trigger point therapy, deep tissue and cross fiber friction.

 REGISTERED DIETITIAN 

Jen has a Masters in Counseling Psychology & has instructed thousands of classes & nutrition clients. She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics & participates in the (IFNA) group.

ALISSA NOGLE

 MOVEMENT SPECIALIST 

Alissa has an undergraduate degree from Minnesota State University - Mankato. She is a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).

AUSTIN MOORE

 MOVEMENT SPECIALIST 

Austin has an undergraduate degree from Drake University and received his Clinical Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Minnesota. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
